NETWORKING
From combat to post-military careers, our members have been there!
We gather annually at the Women in Aviation, International conference where we conduct educational and mentoring sessions and sponsor our famous flight suit social. Our members gather at “fly-ins”, have quarterly virtual socials, and connect via newsletters and social media.

MENTOR AND CONNECT
From those considering military service to after separation, we can help
Our members have been there (done that) and are eager to provide support and information to those coming behind them. Students are offered a free annual membership and are encouraged to reach out for information and advice. Through mutual support and networking, we lift our sisters up at every stage of their careers.

LEAD AND GROW
WMA members develop leadership skills and experience through volunteering
WMA is an all-volunteer organization. By sharing their time and talents, WMA members polish skills that serve them as they pursue military and civilian careers while supporting women pilots, navigators, and aircrew in the service of our country during times of war and peace.

DRIVE CHANGE
If you have a passion for issues impacting WMA you can make a difference!
In the early 1990’s WMA members were front and center in the fight to repeal the combat exclusion law that prevented women from flying combat aircraft and taking command of combat units. Our members continue to come together to impact important issues that face women military aviators — past, present and future.
