| The key committee to growth of WMA and link to prospective members. The committee actively campaigns to find new members by contacting women military aircrew members in all the services for WMA. | |

| This committee is responsible for soliciting applicants, awarding the WMA Memorial Scholarship, and associated publicity and soliciting donations to support the scholarship. This award is given annually to assist the recipient to pursue an FAA (or equivalent) private pilot's rating or advanced ratings. | |
| Newsletter | Capt Esther Wingard |
| The Newsletter is the communication link of the WMA members between Conventions. Members of the committee assist in gathering stories, photographs and updates to benefit the membership. This information is published in the quarterly newsletter. | |
| Historical Committee | Lt Col Margie Varuska (Ret) |
| Collector of news articles, pictures, memorabilia, etc., which reflects the activities of the WMA and its members. This includes maintaining a scrapbook of material submitted which reflects the activities of the members, especially pertaining to Active Duty members. This scrapbook will be on display at the WMA convention. | |

| The purpose of this committee is to provide guidance and recommendations for the long-term investment of WMA funds. | |
| Corporate Sponsorship Committee | Cindy Wilson |
| This committee works with corporations to promote a relationship with the WMA. This would include seeking donations for the scholarship, convention and newsletter. They will work with the Convention committee to arrange for display space and /or promotion placement of corporations present at the convention. | |

| This committee is responsible for overall planning, promotion, and direction of WMA Convention. This includes locating the host city, planning educational sessions, social activities, guest speakers, and the banquet and promoting attendance at the convention. Traditionally the Vice President runs this committee. | |

| The President appoints this Committee when necessary. It receives all proposed amendments or revisions to the Bylaws and can assist in updating the Standing Rules. | |

| This committee should have knowledge of the history of women military aviators and stay current on the activities and assignments of the members. They will also assist with seminars at the conventions, provide education speakers for local groups, conduct seminars locally for WMA members, and create an education section for the web page. | |

| This committee remembers our deceased sisters and keeps the members inform of the passing of women aviators. They maintain an accurate record of the names, dates of deaths, and locations of the resting places of the deceased members. This information is submitted to the Newsletter editor for inclusion in the newsletter and web page. | |
| Recognition Committee | TBD |
| The members of each branch of the service should be recognized for their accomplishments, provide input to the organization, and have their activities made known. This will also be included on the web page and in the newsletter. | |
| Tellers Committee | As Required |
| This committee is appointed by the President when needed, for any counting of ballots. Members are accurate, dependable, and have the confidence of the membership. | |

| This committee is responsible for soliciting and screening nominees qualified to lead the organization for the next term of office. | |

| This committee represents those who are employed by private corporations as aviators. They serve to provide information, promotions, and noteworthy items to the newsletter and web page. The will also work with the Convention committee to develop a seminar block. They may also work with Corporations to in courage sponsorships and displays at the convention. | |
